Services We Offer
Every person is different, and additional care options may be recommended. As a dedicated assisted living in Salem, Oregon, we will first provide an assessment to determine the proper level of care. During the preliminary evaluation, we will assess and provide feedback for a defined level of care and how we can help you achieve a safe solution.
Levels of Care Palliative Care in Salem, Oregon
We can accommodate every resident at Intuitive Residential Care. We assist individuals requiring various levels of long-term and comprehensive care. What sets us apart is our unique staffing ratios. We assign 2 caregivers to every 5 residents. Plus our staff is available 24/7. This staffing level exceeds what you typically find in larger communities, enabling us to seamlessly integrate long-term medical care and personalized lifestyles for each individual. We take a creative and holistic approach to enhancing the lives of our residents, with a team trained in relationship-based care that focuses on meeting their fundamental human needs.
All levels of care at our facility include the following services:
- Two caregivers are available, with one awake staff member during the night.
- Three homemade meals, daily snacks of the resident’s choice, and activities tailored to their interests.
- Encouragement for daily showers and daily or frequent personal laundry services as desired.
- Provision of household supplies, housekeeping, linens, bathroom hygiene items, and toiletries.
- Nursing oversight, medication management, assistance with monthly ordering, scheduling medical appointments, and transportation, as well as correspondence with attending medical personnel.
Each level of care builds upon the above services and covers daily essentials to ensure the well-being of our residents.
